Comfortable with Good Support
As someone who needs mid back support during the day, this chair is perfect. It seems like most chairs now days offer lower lumbar support, and I don't need that. This chair is perfect. And hey, the moveable arms really make this chair work for any kind of desk.

Uncomfortable chair
After reading most of the reviews, this sounded like a comfortable chair. It is by far the most uncomfortable chair I have sat in. I went a got my old one back. If I could return this one I would but don't have the box any longer.
