A great heavy duty chair
This is my second chair from Hercules. The first was leather, this time I went with the cloth. I bought the leather chair over 4 years ago. The leather showed some wear and tear but held up better than all of the chairs I've purchased in the past. In fact, it is still in use. So far this cloth version is very comfortable, and I have faith that it will hold up equal...

not width adjustable
It would be nice if big and tall chairs had adjustable arm rests. This was confining and actually digging into my legs. I had to return.

Comfy Chair for a Fat Guy
The chair is very comfortable and does not groan and complain when I sit my massive bulk in it. So far the lift mechanism has not failed, no casters have broken so I'm living large, so to speak. The price was right and I feel I received good value for my money.

The chair is very stout
The chair is very stout and well made. If you are less then six foot you may not be able to touch the ground though.

Comfy, high quality, has some "watch-outs"
The package arrived with all items well packed and instructions picture simple. It goes together much easier if you have a helper (I'm a dude).

If you dont like LOTS
If you dont like LOTS of lumbar support then you wont like it. I had to make a pillow to support my upper back so i could be comfortable. The chair is very sturdy but it was a nightmare to assemble. The arms hold the seat and back together and they don't line up perfectly causing you to have to do some forcing to get the bolts to thread. I stripped one of the bolts out ...
