Extremely uncomfortable
The most uncomfortable chair I've ever used. I just could not find a comfortable position no matter how I tried to situate myself. Cushions are very stiff. It caused some serious back pain when used for even short periods of time. The fabric is very coarse and abrasive and certainly won't last long. It showed some signs of wear after three weeks of use. returned mine
not actually very comfortable, all the adjustments are nice but for $500 or whatever it costs i would look elsewhere! i returned mine and went with the basic staples hyken chair

Excellent
The chair is Great!!! Exactly what I was hoping for. Comfortable, tons of adjustments and was easy to assemble. Quickly delivered and arrive in good shape for the shipment.

Perfect For An All Day Sitting Job
I love the chair and will recommend it to all my colleagues at work; thanks. I also have a suggestion for the fabric; it seems to be pilling easily and everything sticks to it. If you have a connection to the manufacturer, I'd suggest covering these chairs with a more compact and smooth fabric; not so fuzzy. Definitely, fabric though, because on leather or vinyl I slide...
