Packed with incorrect seat
The chair itself looked nice but they packed an incorrect seat so we could not assemble correctly.

Love the chair, but they can't seem to ship a not broken back
The chair is a very wide & deep seat which is great for me being 6 foot tall, however I am on the 2nd replacement thus far and they keep sending them with broken lumbar backs. The piece that goes across the back of the chair to support your back has stripped out screws that are impossible to fix.
