Strong and work well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you 3M for sending these to me in exchange for my feedback. I love to decorate and switch out my decor and these make it super easy. I don't have to worry about damage thanks to the 10 lb. durability.

Easy to Hang!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the medium picture hanging strips in my classroom. I used them to hang up a small bulletin board. The strips were easy to attach. The strips were easy to use and seemed strong, but I had to adjust the strips a bit at the end. However, the next day the bulletin board had fallen down! I couldn’t get the strips to ...

Picture Strips
I have hung all of my canvas prints, picture frames, message board for over a year now by using the Command strips. I have had no accidents off any of my big frames falling. We have had 2 significant earthquakes in Southern California in the past years and these strips have passed the test in commanding '"a-stay-put-on-the-wall-strength". I will have family and friends ...

love the picture hanging strips
I rearrange our family pictures frequently but I always hated being forced to find pictures that were the same size/position or, worse, putting new holes in the walls. These picture hanging strips are great! They are strong yet remove easily. No more nails for me!

plaster walls
We live in an old home with plaster walls. I love the look, but it's nearly impossible to hang pictures without sending cracks spider-webbing out from the hanging site. The command strips are perfect for this type of surface! No more holes and makeshift patches in our walls. Thanks, Command!

These are so quick and easy to use. I don't have to wait on my husband get out the hammer and nails I just do it in a couple of minutes by myself. They are also great for hanging things with not hooks for hanging, such as chipboard letters and canvas.

"Hole" Lot of Fun
I have used Command for holiday lights & decorations for years and I love them.
I have recently hung several pictures ranging from lightweight to medium-heavy, and the strips are so easy to use! I love that my wall photos/decorations are easily rearranged or changed for the season and I don't have to worry about holes in the wall.

He left the room during a comercial and I hung the pictures before he returned. He was amazed!!! He really couldn't stop talking about it. I had to turn up the TV so I could here the game! This is truley a remarkable product! Peg

I am just moving in to a new place and the landlord( a friend of mine by the way) insists that I not put any holes in the walls if I am hanging items on them! So I thought of your non-damaging/removable picture hangers right away. They are perfect for this situation!!

Watch your surface
I've used the Command strips to hang decorative tiles on my walls. The only issues I've see are 1) the porous clay surface needs to be primed or painted (just like it says for brick or concrete block) and 2)my walls are finished with sand in the plaster making too rough a surface for the tape. I had to sand the spot smooth. Be sure to watch your surfaces and these work ...

Good..but
The strips are good, and stays in place for a long time; but if you want for what ever reason to take the object then be prepared to get part of the wall too.

Response from Staples :
Hi Jenna, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback! We’re sorry to hear that the product didn’t come off the way it’s supposed to and we appreciate the chance to help. We have some how-to videos showing how to remove the strips and what to do if the strip breaks while trying to remove it. http://bit.ly/fruuaQ If those don’t help, please remember our customer service team is here to assist 800-537-9514.

new use for Command Hanging Strips
Another use for Command Hanging strips: a small area rug on a wood floor that slides around too easily can be anchored on the corners with hanging strips without damaging the wood floor. Rubber pads under the rug sometimes react badly and stick to the floor. Command Hanging strips remove easily and don't damage the floor.

Broken frames
I used this product exactly like it said to put up my sons items (not heavy at all) and waited for the hook to attach. I put up my sons diploma (small frame), cross, etc. everything came crashing down. Will never buy any of these items again.

Fantastic and Easy....
I just hung up 9 photos I have taken and mounted on poster board using just one medium strip in the center. It was really easy and even easier to move them around to change them...GREAT product. I can not wait to get more mounted to add to my collection.

We recently put pictures up with these strips and they are falling off our walls. The adhesive is not staying stuck to the walls. One of the frames broke and we are not satisfied. The frames are 5x7 so its not that the strips cant hold the weight.

I wanted to hang pictures on my wall and not have all the hole so I bought these picture hanging strips. I followed the directions and the pictures keep falling off the walls. So far three of my frames are broken. I just took all my pictures off the walls and am in the process of putting holes in my walls. I spent 36 dollars on these stupid things and ended up damaging ...

We just had a house built and didn't want to put nails in the walls so we bought the picture hanging strips and they are great, pictures are flush against the wall and no worries about people or children accidentally knocking them off the wall.

Sculpture hanging
My husband creates 3-dimensional wall sculpture and I couldn't imagine how we were going to hang the pieces on the wall. The Command Strips are amazing! They are invisible and allow easy placement of all the parts. I love that you stick the strips on the sculpture and then place it on the wall exactly where you want it, without having to measure between hangers and hope...
