TRUE RED STAPLER
I bought for graduation gift. She will never have to buy another!! She will use it almost everyday of her life. (I know, for I use it that much) This little machine staples at least 30 papers together at the same time. It does not jam! The True Red Stapler is a gem!

Appearance is great
I like the appearance, but can't figure out how to open it to refill (or even take the packaging off. I will check back in the store in about a week and ask them to show me.

Way better than old style staplers
This stapler makes work at our retail store so much better. We use the stapler dozens of times per day, and this is so much better than the old Swingline design. It is as nice to use as the Bostich brand in a similar design.

Terrible
I bought this stapler due to 30 sheet capacity and it is not doing what it should. The staples are not going through and crooked release. Horrible!

Works well.
The stapler works well on 30 pages with the best feature that the prongs in the back are flat, a real bonus. One hesitation is the 'action' is not as smooth as most staplers, so time will tell if that becomes a negative.
