Picture looks as if this has wheels.
I would not have purchased this if I had known it didn't have wheels - picture looks like it does. Truly disappointed.

Picture looks as if this has wheels.
I would not have purchased this if I had known it didn't have wheels - picture looks like it does. Truly disappointed.
