Very good price
My HP printer recognized it as a remanufactured authentic cartridge so didn't have any issues and the price was half the cost of new.

Not what I expected
I bought this product because it was cheaper than buying the normal product. I should have bought the regular ink because this was empty within 2 weeks, and I bought the XL one!

Did not work in my printer
I placed the ink cartridge in my HP printer - a Deskjet F4480 - and the printer went in to error mode and would not work.
I realise this is probably HP being picky but the cartridge should ne be sold as compatible with this printer

Great quality and great price!
I ordered the Staples version of the HP ink I needed. I was hesitant but wanted to safe money and took a chance. It works well with my printer and did not loose any quality at all! And it is half the price. Thank you Staples!
