Nice Refurb
Out of the box it looked new. Including a second box with the mouse, keyboard, usb wifi adapter, and power cord. Start up and set was easy with the instructions provided. So far it's working very well with no issues.

Out of the box it looked new. Including a second little box with a mouse, keyboard, usb wifi adapter and power cord. I am a novice computer user, but start up and set was easy with the instructions provided. Truly Refurbished
It arrived with a keyboard and mouse, which I did not expect or need, so I didn’t open the box but that is where the Wi-Fi dongle was located. I opened up the computer and it appears that everything Inside is brand new so they really mean it when they say this is refurbished! I recommend buying through Staples rather than a used one through craigslist.
