Can't use with Macbook w/M1 processor
The majority of Macbooks these days have the M1 processor chip. So how can you sell a docking station that is useless with the majority of Macbooks being produced these days? There's nothing on the package that indicates this technical deficiency. Thankfully the return policy at Staples is pretty hassle-free.

3 Screens make my job so much easier!
The j5create USB-C Mini Dual Monitor Docking Station (JCD381) I purchased at Staples is working great! Having 2 monitors and the Laptop screen working at the same time has made my Work From Home job so much easier. I am thankful for the help and advise I received from Staples' Associates. I would recommend Staples for their Tech assistance.
