Horrible purchase. Do not trust them to hold.
Absolutely worthless. I bought several of these hooks to hang a few Christmas decorations around my house of various size, however significantly lower weight that what the hook is rated. Every one of my decorations fell off the wall within a week. These absolutely will not stick to my walls which are textured and painted. Worst case I had a 1.2 lb sign on a 4lb hook and...

Excellent fo my needs
This systems does what it is supposed to. When applied to a hard non-porous surface the hooks just stay there. I have used these for MANY years and have NOT been disappointed.

CRAPPIEST DESIGN FOR WHATEVER THESE ARE
These are in no way HOOKS. NOTHING, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING will hold ANYTHING on these so called hooks. You can use any shape, any material. and they hold NOTHING,.

No adhesive
I previously bought several hooks and they have been working well. Today I purchased 3 large utility hooks (white) to hang 3 empty purses. I prepped the wall as directed but when I peeled off the red liner, there was NO feeling of stickiness. None, absolutely none. Just to see, I lifted a small corner of the black liner - not sticky at all.

Another one bites the dust.
I bought six of these and I now have three left. I use them to hang towels in the bathroom. They hold the weight perfectly but keep breaking.

Great size Hook
So i attached these on the inside part of the door on my wardrobe units which allow me to hang tank tops and miscellaneous stuff i previously had no space for. The doors still closed perfectly and now i have a handy option to hang light weight items.

They work great
Needed a place to hang my robe and nightgown since my private bathroom does not have a door - these are great! They even hold my very fleece heavy robe.

Cheap but strong fix!
I am using 2 of the hooks to hold a cell phone and charger cord on my wall. It works!
