Staples Tech help new laptop
Purchased new HP laptop. All data from old computer downloaded in a very professional manner. Good to have the assurance for two years of service from Staples tech help.

I was having trouble with my printer after 3 weeks and brought it back to store with my protection plan and was told they cant do anything, I need to call the number on the receipt. Beware staples won't fix your computer
Staples service plan did not cover our recent service problem because the Asus computer Manufacturer warrantee was still in effect and the Manufacture Asus could not fix it. Won't be shopping for a computer and service plan at staples gain. Have not able to use our computer since purchase, 8 months, and had to buy another one while they continue to attempt to service ...

Don't waste your money!
I had a problem with my computer which I desperately need for work. I called Asurian and they couldn't do anything. They told me to bring it to Staples who also couldn't do anything but for $175 they would try and fix it.
