Windows 11
I recently upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 11.
I found many, many, MANY changes but very few improvements..and even some regressions!
Learning how to use Windows 11 was like going back to the 3rd grade and forgetting everything I learned from 4th grade and up!
Apparently Microsoft never heard of:
"If it aint broke, don't fix it!"

It's still too early to comment on this, but the plan sounds good. It's very comprehensive and covers four years, which is a long time. An added plus is the Tech Help portion, which is a feature I currently utilize.

I recently purchased a laptop and Brian was extremely helpful in helping me find one at the right price and I appreciate his guidance on what programs to load onto this new laptop. You have to find the person who works for you when picking a tech to work with. Don't be afraid to request another person if a tech doesn't fit your needs. My tech is actually the gm and she is wonderful.

This plan is fantastic am totally pleased with this service. The only draw back is the factory warranty. As it started 12/8/22 and ends 1/8/23 I feel I am being cheated out of three months of warranty from HP. I bought this 3/17/23.
