Great recommendation
The person who suggested the warranty to me, Michael, really sold me on the protection plan. I did need a new computer and I wasn't trying to spend over budget but I realized that I would like to keep my computer for a little while. I would definitely recommend him to recommend this product cause I wouldn't give it the justice it deserves.

First, they'll lie and make you think it's an extended warranty when making a claim (NOT TRUE) and try to force you to call the Manufacturer to claim their warranty. They make it very very hard to get your $$$ back. They make you take all pictures and then ask you to take more pictures and more etc. They also make you upload a picture of the receipt again (even though ...

Great Tech department
I buy most all my devices at Staples. They do a great job. I like that the tech service is local so repairs are done quicker. The tech guys have been excellent so far and are friendly. I highly recommend Staples for tech needs.

Confused
It was my understanding that this protection plan was for 3 or 4 years with the problem of the manufacture's warranty only now lasting until 1/7/24. I am not pleased at all.

Protection plan
For a small fee I was able to purchase a protection plan for my laptop. As a teacher, I need to be able to use my laptop without worrying that it may break and then I’m without my laptop.

Mainly pleased
Natasha was great assisting with my purchase. So far, I'm pleased with everything. However, after paying extra for set up, I found all of my accounts were set up under an inaccurate name. I'm a little disappointed with the lack of attention to detail.
