Disappointed for the cost
To me this is “cheap” looking and looks like plastic. The inside is very cheap too. Doesn’t even look like faux leather. And there was an impression dent on the outside back from where something must’ve been pressing on it.

Nice Padfolio
I got this for a high school senior who is going into the real estate field - he loved it! He thought the calculator was an awesome feature. Although it's faux leather it had a great look and feel to it.

It comes in very handy. The only thing missing is a clip board if you wanted to fill out a separate sheet while walking around. Easy fix was I purchased a small clip board and put it behind the pad of paper.

Bond Street Faux Leather Padfolio
The padfolio is a decent quality useful and stylish for the price and includes a calculator which is very helpful in a pinch.

Office Chair
Perfect. Comfortable. Does what we needed it to do. We left the arms off so it would fit under a shorter desk and works perfectly. I would buy again.
