Great File Cabinet
When we downsized we lost our office so our printer and other office supplies are in our master closet. I wanted to replace the regular file cabinet with a different one. This one arrived within 48 hours, packaged well and didn't take long to put together. Bad choice
Drawer track fell off before I even started using it. Door does not close or open properly. Disappointed in my purchase. File holders do not stay I. Place and my hanging files fall continuously. Darker than my bamboo shelf I was trying to match. Bad choice!

cheaper than I thought it should be
i thought it would be taller than it is, but it will still work for me. many of the screws on the brackets were not screwed in all the way.. they used counter sink screws where they should have used a pan head screw. Made from particle board and the screws strip out easily. too easily. but it does look very nice and I love that thin upper drawer.

Perfect end table / file cabinet
The item arrived several days ahead of schedule. It was a cinch to put on the legs and casters. It's really very attractive and works great as an end table by my love seat. I did need help carrying it because it weighs quite a bit. I also needed to drill the pilot holes deeper for the screws, but that took only a minute.

Assembly Required
The file cabinet keys were missing. Called Union & Scale for over 3 months and finally Staples decided to find another MidMod file cabinet in our area. The new one has keys and all parts. It was still a little bit of a challenge to assemble. Thank you, Staples, for listening and finally coming through with a file cabinet.

Far more substantial and solid than I expected for an inexpensive file cabinet. In fact I had to help the FedEx guy carry it in. Great value.

I have not used the file yet. Also I actually purchased this file for filing personal papers. It fits the space perfectly and does not take up much space. And the color blends in with my other home office furniture perfectly.
