So happy you had what I needed
Better than having what I needed was the positive interaction with the staff assisting. Abby is so thoughtful and concerned that I have a good experience at the Rolla, MO. store. I explained the problem and she gave me an opportunity to learn more about the product, by obtaining advice from another employee. It took very little time for me to obtain the correct items....

I’ve thrown away so many of these

The product is good as expected. There were only 2 personnel in the store. It is terribly undermaned with such a large store. One cashier only. The person who assisted is courteous and quick to hand me my order.

I ended up not needed this cable; however, I did not return it because one day I just might have a need for it and when that day comes, I'll already have it in my cable collection and will not have to wait on a order to arrive. Smart, ain't I?
