Before I bought the Norton 360 Standard, I asked if it was easy or difficult to install. I was told that it was easy. Well, nothing I did helped and I even got somebody online from the Norton company and that didn't help either. I really want my money back. I see on the website that other people had problems also.

Rip Off
Norton lures you in with a $20/year deal but you cannot install it on your computer until you give Norton a credit card where they will charge you $100/year after your first year. Therefore, I will be canceling Norton prior to one year. Computer won't let me install Chrome so there is little reason to have Norton with Windows Defender.

I tried to install with the card inside the box. A message said it is invalid. Don't know how it can invalid when I had just bought it. The seal was not broken on the box.

Questionable
I thought I was buying a CD to install Norton on my laptop which I found out later wasn't necessary because it can be down loaded directly from the Internet. It wasn't easy to figure out all the steps and I couldn't understand the cost. It is still an unfinished job.
