Norton has drawbacks
It took however to download, I prefer a disk. It has a great deal of bells and whistles, thus the learning curve is very high. Some features are too intrusive. Reaching tech support is a chore. My pc runs a great deal slower. I prefer Google search over their search engine

Misleading
Have been unable to download to the two devices. Am unable to give an opinion yet on the download to the main device. Removed a perfectly serviceable device to accomodate Norton.

Excellent for someone who is computer challenged!!
Extremely easy to install on new computer. When I had difficulty uninstalling McAfee on old computer, Norton agent was incredibly helpful. Product works extremely well.
I would not use McAfee again even if they gave it to me for free.
