Did not come with the correct directions
The package was for W-2 forms but only came with instruction forms for 1099s.

NO GOOD!!!
THESE WERE A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!!! I COULD NOT GET THEM TO LINE UP PROPERLY FOR PRINTING NO MATTER WHAT I TRIED. HAD TO GO BUY DIFFERENT BRAND!!!!!!!!!!!!
