Pretty Disappointed
First, yes a refurb. I was expecting some obvious signs of use. However, I ordered two of these one for each of my kids for Christmas. I wanted to get them opened and powered up to make sure they were good so I didn't have upset kids on Christmas Morning. GLAD I DID!
