Love at first sight
In addition to being gorgeous it's incredibly robust and practical. It's been on journeys with me through South East Asia and across to Europe/The UK. It still looks brand new (some minor and totally to be expected marks on the reinforced corners) and it's beautifully easy to move about - so smooth.

Luggage order
You website has luggage in light blue that you can order. You never shipped my order but I charged my account and had to pay for this item. I was able to get your phone number and was advised you no longer carry it and no other store even if they show it they would not have it. I have to say very disappointing.
