Looks like it’s brand new and packages like it is!
Arrived on time and very-well packed and easy pickup from my local store (about 5 minutes from parking, going into the store, get my package and back to my car.

Worst Computer Ever...DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
I purchased it in October 2022, very light use with few light programs...in less than 5 months, Hard Drive failure and windows crashed..what a waste of money! Stay away from it.

Very Nice Unit
I like the computer very much. Lots of USB ports which I need. It doesn't feel as fast as I thought it would be. Still, I would buy it again.

I am happy with the purchase. One of the case screws was missing and there was something rattling in the case so I took the cover off and turned it upside down and a jumper for the motherboard fell out. I'm not sure where it goes. I've downloaded the manual and will try to figure that out but in the mean time, the system is operating fine. I removed the hard drive and ...

Great Computer, But You Need A Monitor, too!
This A Great Faster-Working Computer, But What They Don't Tell You, Is, That You Also Need An "HP Monitor", To Go Along With It, Otherwise, You Won't Be Able To Use The Tower, Itself. (This HP Tower, Should ALWAYS Come With a HP Monitor, INSTEAD Of A Keyboard & Mouse).
