That must have been very alarming, and it is certainly not the experience we want you to have with our products. Lightweight foods can sometimes move around inside the air fryer due to the internal fan. For items that may shift, you can gently secure loose pieces, such as the top slice of bread on a sandwich, with wooden toothpicks to help keep everything in place.
