Great for value
This is a great machine, I love it. It can blend everything or anything. I can freeze my drinks in the cups they give you. Easy to use , the power is great even chops ice up into little pieces. It will shut off if you take off the rotor (pitcher ).

Broke after one use.
I got this as a early Christmas gift and have only used it once. Unfortunately when I tried to use it again for thanksgiving it no longer wanted to work with any of the attachments that it came with, specifically the processor. When I attached it to the motor it wouldn't register the processor and told me it wasn't installed. I then tried to use the blender attachment t...

Love product.
This is very nice blender combo, work great on smoothies, ice crushing, and food prep with ease. Cleanup easy with dishwasher, very safe.i love the processor bowl for chopping and dough. Very recommend for anyone.

Beware
I bought this blender in April 2023 and it is now Dec 2025. I enjoyed the blender for a while, but recently the motor started shrieking. I thought it might be a misalignment with the caps on the cups, but it is certainly the motor. Unfortunately, the warranty is only for a year. When it works, it works well...but there is no reason a blender should last less three years...

How was I surviving
I am not sure how I functioned before this blender/food processor/smoothie set- I use it daily, sometimes twice daily. Can’t wait to take on all the recipes that were too hard with a smaller other name brand blender.

Worth every penny!
This blender is so good I had to get a second one after using the first one for five years. It comes with a powerful mixer, two smaller cups, and the food crusher. Practical
You can’t go wrong with this ninja set. The performance is great, very strong and durable. It’s easy to disassemble and clean and pretty safe to put back together. Very user friendly

Has worked for me for over 5 years, value for mone
I have been using this for over 5 years now and it’s as good as new, works amazingly well and has been part of my daily/weekly cooking routine. I use it in the morning for blending my protein shake/ smoothies, and on the weekends to meal prep, like for kneading dough for my flatbread, to finely chop veggies, and purees. Best purchase. Nice product

Works great, just didn’t last as expected
Quit working at just under 2years. Motor started to stink and gradually stopped working. Smoked the motor, barely turns and smells of burnt electrical parts. I love the blender, just wished it would last longer than two years. My mom has an old plain one from the 70s and that thing still works. I use mine pretty much daily and sometimes twice a day. Great blender
Very durable and can blend a lot of things at once with great stability. Easy to clean and store in a cabinet. I will say it’s very noisy though. Very versatile can be used for just about anything. Has good safety feature too.

One of the best Blenders ever
I love Ninja Professional Plus kitchen system. It blends everything I asked for it and did a great job. Its very durable and very functional. It looks and feels sturdy in my kitchen counter top. I highly recommend it to everyone

I Love My Ninja, Except For…
I’m on my 3rd Ninja food processor, and I love Ninja products, with one exception. Everything has held up on all 3, except for the food processor bowl. In all fairness, I use my kitchen and appliances way more than the average consumer (I believe), but the food processor bowl is a brittle plastic. Great blender
With all this cooking I do, I love using this blender for chopping veggies and blending purées. The small Togo cups make it easy to take smoothies too. This is a great all in one product and not too loud

I cannot fully express how disappointed I am in the food processor. It does not do what, in my opinion, a food processor should do. It does not come with, nor can it accommodate, slicing and shredding blades. That is what I want a food processor for. Not making dough. Cracked Processor
I purchased this food processor in the set that comes with the blender… I have not even had it that long, and the food processor lid is cracked. I’ve used it one time and I noticed that part of the lid is a little funky as well. I would’ve loved to give a five star rating… But the quality has me questioning if I should continue to buy ninja products

Weak motor
All the accessories are great. The problem is the motor. Not strong at all. If you are making dough, you can forget it. A much stronger motor is needed. If all you are doing is making smoothies or chopping up some vegetables then this is for you. If anything heavier than that, get a more powerful blender.

Ninja is a really substandard brand. I have owned the model this replaced, a smaller hand held blender as well as two shark vacuums, they all preformed poorly and broke down very quickly.
