It is what I expected from HP
The laptop is fast for doing word processing and working with some software programs that I use. It does come with 8 ram memory but I purchased more adding two 8 to make it 16 ram total.

I ordered my new HP17 on a Wed. and received it via Fed Ex the very next day! I absolutely love it! I was able to set it up myself and I certainly am not I T smart...lol Highly recommend if your considering it to buy it.

I am very pleased. The monitor renders a super sharp image keyboard has a nice touch and TouchPad has the right level of sensitivity. It is also very fast.
