Staff was very responsive and professional.
Transfer of data was poor. All my word pad files were not moved. The old software and the new both have word pad yet the transfer did not work. I give this a very poor rating.

FAST!
The best thing is the SSD and the speed after many years of HDD drives. The keyboard is a little difficult to type on and there are not enough USB ports and no ethernet port and no CD/DVD drive. Guess you can't have everything at this price. Buy it!

love it
I purchased this computer online unseen. I was really surprised that the taskbar icons are so small(not to mention the time). Since I have low vision and blind on my left side this is quite inconvenient. Otherwise I love it.
