Good product just as expected
I am happy with my purchase. All of my pc purchases have been HP and I have been happy with every one. I wish the battery would last longer between charging sessions though. It only last for 60 to 80 minutes between charges - not very good for a brand new battery.

WORST LAPTOP MADE BY HP
Although the configuration of this laptop is good, but it is build of very cheap plastic material. The touchpad started malfunctioning within two weeks of use.. Other reviewers have same complain. Nice but could be much better
I love how quick the computer is at startup and updates...far faster than my old HP laptop...but it was 8 years old. Love my laptop; it finally was delivered
I love finally having a backlit keyboard again (didn't check for that on my last purchase, and regretted it for years). Mainly upgraded because of Windows 11, although I had migrated to it on my old HP, but it slowed it down with multiple windows open.

Negatives:
No internal sd card reader
Power button is hard to find and awkward + easy to bump
No split mouse buttons so it's just one pad and frustratingly hard to right click
No airplane or wifi button
More difficult to print photos from right click because there's an added step to access the correct menu from a new menu
