It does a good job of recharging my cell phone alot faster than the plug in charger. Very easy to understand how to charge it and use it properly.

Not worth it.
Tested it out and it charges too slow for my liking. My battery was at about 5%, had it plugged in for over an hour and it only charged to about 30%. I unplugged it and the next day the power bank was almost completely drained. Will be returning for a refund.

actually, I have issues
The cord that I purchased with the power being does not work, not work with compatible with the bank. It did not charge my phone. It did not help my phone turn on. I ended up having to walk home and plug it into itself. I partner to use it for his and and I noticed that it takes six hours to fully charge but yet he hasn’t plugged into his phone and it’s dead within 30 m...

Useless charge cord
I actually don't know how well this works yet, by review is based on how ridiculously short the charge cord is. The charge cord is only about 5 inches long. There is no way to even use this charge cord. It won't even reach the top of the island from the outlet that is half way to the top of the island. It a useless cord that should go in the garbage. Power Cord Too Short
I charged the power bank fully and before I had to charge it again I was able to charge my iPhone three times and my hearing aids twice. It looks to me that when my hearing aids are fully charged it shuts off so I appreciate that feature. My big complaint is the power cord is just a few inches long.
