RAM Upgrade
Going from Windows 10 to 11 slowed down the laptop. Adding 8GB of RAM has helped to make it move a bit quicker and extended its life. Ordering was easy, pick up was a little challenging (no designated pickup area, orders were all over the Customer Service area, and the first person didn't know where to look so had to get a manager) and installing was fairly easy.
