Dell performance Dock increased my work performance and efficiency
Don’t know how I went this long with out a Dell performance dock station! Set up was easy and no problems connecting my laptop to a monitor. Had to update driver just added tag# and download. Poor Performance, very expensive.
Even when plug into the thunderbolt port on XPS 13 7390, it cannot drive 2 4K monitors at 4K resolution. It can only drive 4K at 30Hz and another 2k. This is far below its advertised spec.

Great Dock
Works well, but does generate some EMI, and it's fan can be loud at time; so I had to move my audio setup to a balanced config instead of unbalanced because of the noise; happier with the new audio setup anyways though.

Not compatible with Dell Power Laptops
Dell needs to develop a better dock. These docks don't support their upper models of XPS or Precision, even though they "recommend" it for purchase

Docking Station should be paired as a suggestion with upper level laptop
Received docking station 2 days earlier than scheduled - product completely fixed the low power situation

It seems is not fully compatible with precision 7770
1.- During startup the laptop doesn't recognize it and it gives a warning.
2.-At the same time, it doesn't turn on the monitors to type the bit lock password during startup. This means I have to open the laptop to see the screen and type it.
3.- The Ethernet port RJ45 is not recognized and I have to use the Ethernet port on the laptop.
