Good quality
We were looking for a couple of small broiler pans for steaks because we like our steaks done differently. We haven't had a chance to use this yet, but it looks to be good quality. It's fairly heavy porcelain and should hold up well under the broiler - much better than our previous teflon coated ones which started to peel after only a few uses. We''re looking forwa...
