Good Year AT-A-GLANCE® Calendar
I get one of these (PM212-28) every year. It's printed on heavy paper and you can write on it with a pen pencil or marker. You aren't limited to eraseable markers. Staples shipped it to my house quickly and it shipped free.

I mistakenly thought that I was ordering a dry erase Wall Calendar so it's not the product that is a problem. The ordering process got a little confusing because I didn't want the larger size Dry Erase. Didn't realize that the smaller size was NOT Dry Erase

Not erasable
This calendar is not laminated just paper so cannot erase marker.
