Manufacturer defect

Poor manufacturing - I did not notice the base metal partially covers the USB port until just recently making that feature ineffective (unusable). Unfortunately, my return eligibility expired and now Staples won't take the product back. Disappointing.

Bought this for my elderly Dad with limited eyesight to read his newspaper. He is satisfied. It is bright and does the job. I wish the glass itself was a little bigger.

Not exactly as expected, but works with some adjus

It would have been helpful to see the item in the stores to ensure it met all my needs. Unfortunately the stores I visited didn't have any lamp/lighting displays.
