Terrible in many ways
This is my third shark vacuum and I have been thoroughly disappointed with it. There are multiple issues, including design flaws. My chief complaint Is that the suction Lacks a solid seal, so there is always dust on and around the vacuum. The filter is useless since there is  very little seal. It’s horrible for allergies. This is a great vacuum so far. I am thinking of getting one for my house. very pleased haven't seen carpets so clean in our lobby in a very long time.

Duo Fins Power Clean
This was a warranty upgrade, and I am glad I received it. I has so much more pull when vacuuming just on minimum suction. I do wish it had the air scent like the old one.

Works well with carpet floor!
The fact that we have to live in a carpet apartment drove me nuts. However, this is a game changer for me. The suction power is super powerful, it helps me keep the house clean. My kid loves watching I vacuum thats what I enjoy, I dont know why, the noise was not bad at all. The odor with the vacuum is a plus, I feel the floor carpet is really being cleaned.

Great suction power
We replaced our 6 year old Shark Navigator with these vacuum and have been impressed! The cord is long which is helpful in big rooms. The suction power is amazing and the odor neutralizer is an added bonus. It’s a little heavier than my previous Shark but the quality makes it worth it. No hair wrap is so nice, no more needing to cut nasty hair out of the roller brush!

No useful most of the time
I had a Shark rotator NV500 for years and had to replace it. I accidently bought the Navigator and while its ok suction wise, the hose is so short and tight that the machine falls over whenever I use it. Plus there is no bare floor accessory available and I found that
very useful for under furniture.

I am disturbed. I am disgusted.
I got this today. I vaccumed very frequently and even spot treated carpets. I got this cause my vacmop(different company) stopped working. So i thought time for brand change even if doesnt mop. Perfect suction capability
I purchased this vacuum three weeks and since then I’ve been using it almost 3* a week. It has a perfect suction and is powerful however, I found it a little heavy when moving the vacuum backwards. Other than that, the vacuum is great!

DO NOT BUY!
Do NOT buy this vacuum. It's made so that the belt is not replaceable and the belt only lasted us 10 months. You will have to buy an entire new motorhead. Complete waste of money.

Average machine
I bought this a month ago and yes please pay attention to the reviews that talk about how short the hose is. I love everything about this vacuum except the hose is ridiculously short. So the overall rating of this vacuum goes from an A to a C. Simple fix engineers,… duh!

Love Shark. This model has a short cord - have to keep moving the plug. Also hard to release to vacuum- more difficult than the Apex-to drop handle and vacuum.

Didn’t last
I bought this vacuum October 2021 and it quit working about a month ago. It has lost a ton of suction. It takes so long to vacuum a 9x12 rug. I clean the filters once a week and the heppa filter once. I took the vacuum apart and checked for blockages and cleaned all parts and it still has very little suction. It was great for 15 months.

Nice vacuum with pros and cons
Pros: Good suction. Nice tool placement. Headlight is awesome. Handles shag carpet really well. I love that there is no tube on the side near the vacuum head.
