Hard to install
PC does not recognize this external hard drive. Salesman said just plug it into th3 PC and it would do the rest. It didn't. Checked online, said you hadt to update drives, initialize, create partitions, etc., and that even then you may not see it on the device list. I do not recommend it for people who are not su0er literate in computers.

Don't get me wrong it's good but I did have a problem with taking pictures off my old phone. It should be plug and file but there's a little bit more than that. Also they don't really have directions. Like I said it's good but you got to kind of figured it out..
