Small thing big Sound
the quality of sound is clear, wide, solid but suggests can upgrade the setting of dsee feature to dsee hx or above in the headphone software for maintaining the great stereo of all time.

No instructions, no help and cannot connect
No help given to connect these to my devices and I wasted £100 on these.

Great quality of sound
I bought this product a month ago, great quality of sound and the charging case is compact and very easy to use.

Good product but could be better
Good value for money and easy to set-up. Sound quality has plenty of clarity but there isn't much bass and the bass EQ slider in the app covers too wide a range and affects the mids too much.

Overall is a reasonable product.
Charging box quality felt not up to sony level.
Left ear bud seems to have some issues. So had to return. May be I am unlucky to receive a bad apple, as generally Sony products are good

Great product
Bought a couple of weeks ago to listen to audiobooks while walking as part of a weight loss programme. They are pretty to look at (I bought the lilac colourway so they don't get mixed up with anyone else's) and comfortable which is great considering I have never like earphones that go in your ear before. Would recommend.

Good quality headphones
These headphones are comfortable to wear and generally stay in my ears fine. The noise cancelling works well to block out voices when I wear them on the bus to work. Likewise allowing the ambient sound to filter in works well. You need an app on your phone to select the options and each time you use them it seems to reset the settings which is a bit annoying. Great music
It's good. The fit in the ear could be better, sometimes it does slip out of the year when walking or working out. But the music quality is excellent.

Great feature
I bought this about a month ago, all functions are ok, small, compact and more comfortable compared to the previous wf1000-XM4 which was quite big and hurt my ears which i can use only maximum for an hour. With this new earbuds, I can wore it all day

Terrible connectivity issues.
These are great when working but that is if you can get them working. I am having constant issues connecting with these. And now finally they have stopped working and I can't even get them into pairing mode, the case only recognises the right earpiece.

Very Happy
First pair of earbuds, I bought these to see how I got on and wasn't disappointed, I had a view of owning these and if I liked them I'd upgrade to the WF-1000, I won't bother upgrading as these are very good, excellent in a phone call, fit well the only downside is noise cancelling isn't great. but over all very happy with them.

I use these for my walks and the sound quality is clear, which can be adjusted through App for better sound quality and bass. You have to make sure properly inserted into ear but feels comfortable. The controls could be better for skipping tracks but ok for single presses

They were a gift so I didn’t choose them myself. My last pair of Sony earbuds, bought in Stockholm about a year ago stopped working properly. These are great, so far, though the battery doesn’t last anywhere near as long as it states. With one side going way before the other. Average Noise Cancelling Feature
Pretty satisfied except that I'm a little disappointed with the Noise Cancelling. If you are someone that is more demanding with Nouse cancelling, you will have to consider the more expensive models.

Decent earphones
These are my first wireless earbuds, having mostly used over-ear headphones. I found them easy to use, fairly comfortable, and with decent sound quality.
