I haven't used any brand but JLab in 5+ years. Each upgrade gets that much better and they aren't interested in GOUGING prices even though (imo) they are far superior to other brands.

Don’t connect
They show connected and nothing plays from them when using music or any app that plays sound.

Great sound
Easy setup great sound good connectivity. Largest ear cups are great for sound. No ANC but doesn't seem necessary with tight seal. Very low profile, case is small, easy to put on a keychain to avoid losing anything

Love them. So small and comfortable. Great sound! This is my second pair of JLab earbuds and I would recommend.

If you have small ears you will love it
I just got it and I love it already, matter of fact I'm using it right now to listen to my Spotify playlist as I fill this out. I used to have the go air (the one without the roof) and it was good but I couldn't get all the best quality out of it because I have small ears, but now I have great quality; so I say... If you have small ears these are the earbuds for you.
