We have purchased MISC & NEC 1099 forms from Staples for many years, with no issues.
This year using the same HP Laser Jet as in the past, the printing was so blurred that forms would have never been able to be scanned. We had to print them on an ink jet printer. As a test, printing forms on the Laser Jet using plain white copy paper printing was fine

So Convenient!
I realized we needed 1099 envelopes at the last minute. I ran over to Staples from the offfice and grabbed these. I was so happy to see they were self-sealing. They were a a little pricey and I wish they had come in larger packages but the convenience outweighed any drawbacks.

The envelope was to big for the form being mailed which caused a problem. Had to adjust tax form to fit windows and then place a staple to hold the form. Someone should look at the form being mailed and the envelope to ensure proper fit.
