Not a good product
Your product requires too much work. It used to be a carbon product - fill out the form once and it copied to all other forms. Using your computer program is costly and a lot of extra work.

Probably does the job, but not great
Way too many forms. Confusing to fill out. Next time I'll try to do online. I only needed five, I got 50 because that's the only way they came packaged.
