HP Printer
I have had so much trouble getting the printer to work. In the process I have had to pay $99 and then the printer worked but my internet did not and now I have no sound on my computer. I will need to call the service people again. I have been going through this since the beginning of May.

Brother Printer
Ordered a Brother printer on-line. Staples order process very user friendly. Printer arrived 2 days later - on time to delivery day stated. Not their fault I didn’t research further when printer is stated as being phone and iPad compatible. Clock's ticking on tech help
Purchased the computer and am getting a 2 month tech help plan. Only problem is, the plan started on May 2 and I haven't received my computer yet. Hope the clock isn't ticking until It arrives.

So far so good
This seems to be a very decent printer for a very good price. Prints text quickly and well. Photos are very slow and okay, not great. My one complaint is that I have to remove the plain paper in order to load photo paper.
