Great printer so far

Needed a printer for school with 2-sided printing & scan capabilities, so I saw this one. I love it so far. I wish HP printers came with installation CDs like before or links to our software because I had search on HP’s website for my particular printer.

Works fine but is loud

I had the 9015e and it jammed so badly so I bought this model 9012e since it uses the same ink. I had so much spare ink that I didnt want to lose money. This 9012e is loud! the gears grinding while printing and grabbing the next sheet sound like theyre struggling. The 9015e was quieter. Its functional just loud when Im a business call.

Great printer for the price

Fairly straightforward setup, installed without a hitch, quick printing for the class, recommend the instant ink program.
