Wow, wasn’t expecting this!!
Upon receiving our Graco Sense2Soothe swing we were amazed at how easy it was to assemble out of the box. Basically 2 quick steps and done. Not the case when we assembled other swings we owned. It is also compact compared to traditional swings, I can actually see myself placing this in the baby’s tiny 9x9 bedroom without difficulty.

Not good
I was gifted this at my baby shower It’s not a good product it wakes my baby up out of his sleep when it starts malfunctioning, It was used for 1week with out a problem, the first time it happen it didn’t do it until a week after but now it’s back to back on the same day. Â

Long lasting
My aunt had gotten this for when she had her baby a few years and she loved it. She gave it to me bc I didn’t have time to order one because of emergency c-section related to my type 2 diabetes. My son absolutely loves it and it still runs like it’s brand new.We had to order a new cord on the website and it came within no time

Very disappointing
We bought this for our grand baby and it turns on only rocks for a few seconds and then the lights blink and it stops working.

Does not vibrate as advertised! Stopped working!

My hero. Gave me my mornings back to drink coffee.
Perfectly sits baby deep in basket so even when bigger was an excellent chair for baby. Excessive but good fun features. One of my heroes from newborn to crawling.

Was not working out the box
We opened it put the pieces together and the lights turned on. Clicked the buttons all it did was play music.

Rocking swing
Good settings on this swing. The only down side it's noisy. It sounds like a washing machine being on.

Bad features
I brought on before my baby was born and my baby was born November this thing doesn’t even work it just swing once and stops what is that graco u should recall this product

Frustrated
I bought this swing which stopped working during the warranty period. I had the base replaced through warranty and the new base they sent in may (we’ve just started using it a week ago since the baby has been born) has already stopped working. After 1 week of use. This is so frustrating and makes me feel like it’s not worth the hundreds of dollars paid to purchase.

Waste of money
I was so excited to buy this. However, I can’t even force myself to use it. It is so loud. The movements are so jerky and rough that it is absolutely NOT soothing.

Stopped swinging
I got this as a baby shower gift for my first child and loved it then a little after 1 month of using it rocks then stops and won’t continue to move very disappointed as this is an expensive item and was helpful with soothing baby when would work.

Would not waste your money- mine broke already….
Soooo… wonderful swing and my newborn loves it, used it every day… however, this is now the SECOND graco swing I’ve gotten him attached to & has now broke! This one legit sounds like it’s about to blow up and gets louder and louder the minute you turn the thing on… now I got this for a gift so there’s nothing I can do about it in regards to returning ect. Won’t turn on anymore
I loved this swing but using it for our second about two years later and it won’t turn on. The light will blink blue a couple times but won’t turn on no matter what we do. For the cost this should definitely last a bit longer.

Broke after a month
I loved this swing it really helped with the baby but after a month of using it, it stopped working. It only plays music, the vibration and none of the swing setting work anymore.

Really liked this swing.
I got this at my baby shower and my baby used it a lot however it just stop rocking. It turns on and makes noise but won’t swing. I’m alittle upset I was hoping to use this for my next child and that’s why I justified spending so much for this one.

Hope you get a good one!
I bought this for my son who has loved it. We didn’t use the cry feature because it always out music on and we didn’t really care for that. However when my son is in the swing he likes the vibration on. The vibration no longer works now and so it’s just a big music box that he doesn’t want to be in.

Great swing
I love the swing my daughter sleeps quite comfortably in it, I like that you can take the bouncer off and take it with you all over the place.

Non moving features are great
My swing does everything but that, swing! I love the features and it even wants to switch when it detects crying. But it doesn't move!!! I gave this to my niece for her first baby and am embarrassed she can't use it. My star rating would be higher if it worked.
