Terrible experience. Never received the product
I paid for TurboTax, received a Staples receipt, but never received the instructions and key code to download.

Unusable
Don't waste your money unless you are already an Administrator on your personal PC. Even after spending 46 minutes with a MicroSoft staffer, there is no way to change my account to an Admin, so it was basically a waste of $74.19. I'll find another product in CD format

Terrible Mac Support, even worse customer service
I have a Mac from 2020 andI can’t install TT on bc the OS isn’t supported. Now I have useless software that apparently can’t be returned to Staples. Trying to get a refund from intuit is nearly impossible with all the hoops they make you jump through just to access customer service. TurboTax Failed
I used TurboTax for years with ease but the 2024 program is screwy. TT asks for info not readily found on the forms and doesn't let me get it any other way. I want to cancel TT2024 and go back to H&R Block. It's more expensive but I won't get ulcers.

It takes minimum 24 hours for them to process your order. We ordered it on a Saturday and got it on Tuesday..... You decide

DON'T WAST YOUR TIME ITEM IS JUNK AND WON'T OPEN.
THIS ITEM IS JUNK . IT WON'T OPEN, SAYS IMCOMPATABLE WITH COMPUTER, I HAVE WINDOWS 10 AND 11. THE AD SAID IT WOULD ON 10 AND 11. DON'T BELEAVE IT.
