Disappointed
I am very surprised at this icecream shop. Melissa and Doug make such great quality items, but they really missed the mark with this one. The ice cream doesn’t stay in cone, the pictures fell off the magnets and some ripped. I’m really disappointed in this. Engaging, but poor design of pad.
Poor design of the pad and stylus that easily breaks and can’t sustain regular child play. Broke within 2 days of play. No option found to order a replacement. Very challenging process to try to contact company to inquire about a replacement. Very disappointed - this is not the normal experience with products from this company.

Neat toy and kids love it but had a flaw.
My kids love this toy but my son’s hand got stuck inside of the sundae maker. I wasn’t able to take it apart because it is very well made and in addition to screws it was glued together. When he tried to pull his hand out the clamps had no give. Thankfully after a lot of oil we were able to get his hand out but it hurt. :(

Cute toy but already broke
Register pad poorly made. The stylus chord is too short and is difficult to use. My granddaughter broke it trying to get the stylus to reach the pad.

Best Ice Cream Parlor
My 3 year old granddaughter was beyond excited with her new ice cream parlor. It really allows for creativity. Even the adults are enjoying it! I highly recommend this toy!

Melissa & Doug products are always a hit!
My four and nine year old granddaughters love selling us all ice cream after dinner! They are learning teamwork as they combine their efforts and creativity! We already have the smaller version so they were blown away by this larger counter!

Scoops of fun!
Loved it, exceeded expectations! Our 31/2 year old has used his imagination, thinking about variety of flavors, ways to serve it to others, create his ice cream shop. This playset has it all.

My kids love it
this toy is so much fun and great for education purpose. My kids are able to play together and use their big imagination as well. the toys are great quality and very easy to clean afterward. It come with everything that you to enjoy. it is so detailed and realistic.

What a magical toy!
My four year old is obsessed with this ice cream shop and it has given my hours of independent and collaborative play! The materials are extremely high quality and there are so many different variations that can be combined to customize play. We are obsessed!

The perfect icecream shop
This set is so nice. We love all the wooden parts. It makes it so much easier for little hands to grab. No crushing parts as they grab them and making it useless. Having a register with a card swiper makes it so realistic for them to play like they are their favorite icecream shop. Absolutely love it
We’re are beyond excited to have this in our kids toy room. They’ve gotten so much enjoyment with mix and matching the various flavors, writing our orders down, swiping our credit card and ringing us up on the tablet. It even has magnets too so they’re able to display daily flavors.

Great set
This is such a great play set for my kids. Definitely kept them entertained for a long while, they play with it just about every day and it's very well made. Really intrigues them and brings out the pretend play.

Small Enough To Fit On Table Top
The wooden ice cream set was a great tool to aid in my five and four year olds imagination. I liked that there was virtually no set up involved. Quality Toy
I ordered this Cool Scoops Ice Creamery from Melissa and Doug for my 4 year old for Easter. It was an excellent present and she loved it!
