Received bag as gift
I have just received this bag from a dear friend as a gift. I will use it when I am returning to school. I look forward to using it. This will be my first bugatti bag.

Size Error!!!
The size on the tag is wrong!!! Based on the tag and name of the backpack, it could be used as a “Personal Item” on the flights. Found out at the airport it’s actually 18” high! Having to pay an extra (~$100) at gate is an unexpected surprise. This issue needs to be corrected!

Looks good/works well
I like the sleek shape. It holds a laptop and the padding protects all contents. It also restricts volume.
