Broken Lid
We have had issues with the lid like so many others. The latch on the lid broke.

Buyer Beware
I have only had this bowl for a few months and the lid already broke. The one of the snaps on the side broke off. Can’t buy just a replacement lid so this bowl is essentially useless now. Buyer beware.

Won’t last
I had four of these and am down to one that’s working. All of the little parts of the lids disintegrate after about three months even following hand-wash only directions. I’m not going to waste my time trying to spend more money on replacement parts. Worked great, while it worked. Sadly seems like it’s just one more built to break product. Design flaw renders it useless quickly
This was great for about a month, until the latch snapped off while closing it. Seems to be a design flaw as I've since found many reviews citing the same issue. At this price point, the quality needs to be better. Very disappointing.

Salads for days
I bought these as gifts for my daughters for part of their Mother’s Day gift basket. I did bring one out the other beautiful so I believe they’re gonna really enjoy them. I’m sure they’ll take them to work.

Sorry Lid.
Lid broke. The prongs that snap the lid on are weak. I didn't keep the receipt so bentgo reluctantly replaced as a one time courtesy, but that lid's prongs look weak right out of the box. There is a white little line in the crease that shows it is going to break also. Do Not Buy.

Cheap lids
Great salad prep container however the cheap clips on the lids keep breaking! You need to provide a replacement lid and improve the clips in the meantime. Very disappointing, I have had two lids break now within only a few months use.

Almost perfect
Almost perfect! I have used mine 3x and this morning the clasp on the lid snapped off. I went looking online for a replacement lid but cannot find one. I really like mine. It was a Christmas present to myself.

Close to being great, handles break repeatedly
So close to being great, but with one glaring construction issue. Right out of the box-bad
Disappointed in the quality of such an expensive container. Bought it yesterday brand new and right out of the box the dressing container wasn’t able to seal completely and left a gap. You can probably guess what happened to my food then. Too pretty to be such a big mess.

Dressing container lid does not close!
Bought the 2-pack at Costco 2 weeks ago. Theoretically a fantastic product, but the dressing container lids do not close, spilling dressing all over the separated containers. I have only hand-washed this item, so no dishwasher melting/damage. The small container just doesn't close. Disappointed. Will be returning.

Lid latches are weak and break

Poor quality
I used this product only one time and the latch on the lid has already broke. Never seen this issues with other glass lunch boxes I used in the past. Poor quality with the lid and replacement lid is not available for sale as well to give it another try.

Disappointed we can’t buy a replacement lid
This product is so perfect in so many ways. My husband has fits almost his whole lunch in one container. However, the lid snaps are a disappointment. I bought two of these containers and within five months both lid snaps have broken. Broken lids
I bought a second container after the first one broke the hinge on the lid thinking it was a fluke. Now my second lid has also broken after less than a month. Will not be purchasing this again.

Broken lid
I love thus container. It is useful for more than just salads. Unfortunately, the clasp has broken on my lid so I no longer have a cover for the container. I came to this site hoping they had replacement lids but they don't. I've had this container for a lil less than 2 years.v

Good for a little while
Loved it until the lid clasp broke. Now it won't stay closed and it's rendered useless. Would be happy to purchase a new lid to use it, but it's not sold in the accessories. Tried to contact customer support and so far, no response

Love it, until it broke

Lid design is awful.
I purchased a 2 pack of these from Costco. I love them so much BUT the lid needs work. Sometimes the lid becomes a little too airtight and is impossible to get off. The snaps on the lids pop off almost every time I close them. One of the lids finally broke beyond repair. Unfortunately I didn’t register my products within 14 days of purchase to qualify for the warranty.
