Better customer service.
Order the wrong one by mistake during Black Friday called immediately after I clicked purchase and was told I had to wait until it shipped and arrived. Now the prices are back up and I’m stuck with the one I didn’t truly want.

Best Purchase Ever
I bought this a few weeks ago and can't believe I waited so long to own one. I spent a lot of time pouring over specs and reviews and I am glad I settled on this Ninja Pro XL. The large basket and non stick surface is a time saver. Our favorite so far was the Ranch Chicken but we used pork chops and instead of corn flakes we used Fritos! It was amazing, so quick, so eas...

Best air fryer!
The air fryer I had for almost 5 years kicked the dust and they no longer make that kind anymore so I was super bummed. I did a lot of research and found this to be the top rated air fryer. I use the air fryer pretty much daily, my spouse works out of town/on the road 4-5 days every week for about 8/9 months out of the year so making a huge mess and cooking for just mys...

Good Product, but noisy
We are very pleased with the performance of this product. However, we do find it to considerably noisier than our previous unit. We do find the temperature is much more productive than our previous unit.

Ninja replaced my air fryer that blew up spreading glass everywhere. They didn’t ask for proof of damages, asked a few questions about my safety and that of my kitchen and then told me that I could choose any air fryer I wanted. I received the replacement (no glass this time) within a week. It’s a wonderful company with great customer service and the air fryer makes gre...

Cannot trust the recipes
Don’t get me wrong. I love my ninja air fryer. However, when you go to ninja site and use the recipes to make family meals and you go by everything that they’ve stated in your air fryer ruined your entire meal and burns your meatloaf. It’s a huge disappointment. I feel like the only thing I can cook in this is french fries and small stuff. This is the second time I’ve b...

Fraud
Be careful of buying stuff from Ninja. They never shipped my order. When I contacted customer service, they said they could not find my order and said that they don’t sell their products on Tiktok. I apparently ordered a waffle maker from Ninja store ( the one with blue stick) through Tiktok before and got my item shipped. The label said from Ninja Kitchen, California. ...

Loving our air fryer
We bought this for our Christmas present. We haven’t wanted an air fryer until this last year and started doing research on them. We’re loving our new air fryer. It’s amazing, fun and I don’t have to turn my oven on all the time. It’s faster!

Treated myself for Xmas. Really enjoying this so far. Made salmon, chicken, potatoes and will try frozen appetizers soon.
Pinterest has some wonderful air fryer recipes I’m looking forward to trying also.

Wow!!! Love it!!!
I had never used an air fryer before buying this after a couple showed me a Ninja Air Fryer in their kitchen. I bought and used one for the first time and absolutely love it!!! Tater tots were so easy to ”air fry” and tasted fabulous! Thanks, Ninja!!!

Faster than I expected
It has done an excellent job on everything that I have prepared thus far. It fries small to medium batches of food, much faster than the suggested charts. The basket will hold a lot of food but I haven't had it over half full. Check it and shake it frequently.

Air fryer
So i have lots of Nina products vacuum , pan set ,dicer , and so on this is my second air fryer as my last one got well used that was also the ninja brand . I got what was equivalent to the one we had before as they don’t make the one we had anymore. Overall I like my last one way better . I absolutely hate the tray and positioning it, and getting rid of the free stan...

LOVE IT!
Loving this air fryer. It’s my third and the best, no contest. Compact yet holds 3 pounds of chicken wings! Four burger patties fit nicely. I’ve cooked bacon, ribeyes, and pork chops, too. My favorite feature of the Ninja Pro 6-in-1 is that it is so easy to clean! After a short cool down period, I pour out any remaining liquids or fat. Place the basket, crisper tray ins...
