Not a great bag for daily work use
Mesh pouch has ripped, and the cold pouch liner is almost falling out of the bag. Shoulder straps are very wide and seem to slip off your shoulders while walking. Otherwise, no complaints. Very nice bag for the price

Picture Perfect
You definitely get what you pay for. This arrived on time. Durable. Comfy handle. A little slim for the main cargo but if your packing light, this is perfect. Fits overhead or under the seat on an airplane perfectly. Must get.
