Low SPO2
It's early yet but it helped with identifying a SPO2 issue while sleeping. Good data for my Dr to look at and schedule more tests

Better than a watch for sleeping
I love the form factor and ability to get me sleep data without having to wear an uncomfortable watch overnight. However, the device frequently has issues where Garmin connect seems to forget it or random nights that sleep data just doesn't sync and that's why i'm only giving 3 of 5.

Great item; useful data
I really am pleased with my Garmin sleep monitor. It shows some useful and interesting sleep metrics.

Worth it, but it can't be over tattoos.
Once I got into work - it works really well. The problem is it can't be over tattoos. So I moved it to my right arm on the inside of my arm. Comfortable and works amazing

Not worth the money
Long time Garmin user, 15+ years. I had high hopes for this device, took a chance due to mixed reviews and think it’s a dud. Tracking is less reliable than my Fenix 8 pro or Epix gen 2. Both of those watches are large so I was looking for something easier to sleep with that produced more reliable sleep tracking. 50% of the time it stops tracking after about 3-4 hours. D...

Good data, a bit inconsistent to upload.
Produces great information on sleep history/data but is a bit inconsistent on uploads and accuracy. But it’s better then nothing and much better than wearing a watch to sleep.

Crappy connection consistency
Super finicky about connecting and it's gotten worse over time. I've had to delete the connection to my phone almost regularly in the past month or so.
Connecting should be automatic and it doesn't do that consistently. Almost not worth it as I have a Fenix 8 as well. I'm wondering why I spent the money on it

Great product
I got this because I’m not a fan of sleeping with my watch on, it can be uncomfortable and wake me up if I try to sleep in with my notifications. Having this on while I’m sleeping also tracks if my body temp goes up. In the morning when I wake up I sync it to my app and put my watch on.

Very cool and comfy
Bought it two weeks ago so far it works fine and is comfortable, the only thing is that the smart wake window is not working but not a dealbreaker

Good for what it is....
I love the concept of this device, but just falls short for me. I swear by wearing my watch 24x7 as it helped me detect my sleep apnea. But, wearing it all the time seems to "burn" my wrist where the sensor sets. So I bought this to wear at night to continue tracking metrics and give my wrists a break. Poor performance and design
It does not let you know when it’s low on battery. No indicator on the unit. Does not always record my sleep.

I'm disappointed.
It does not work correctly with Garmin fenix 7s. The sleep data recorded by Garmin Sleep Index is replaced by Garmin fenix 7s data. And if you don't sleep in Garmin fenix 7s, you lose all the recovery analytics from Garmin fenix 7s. A smart alarm clock does not work like a smart one, but simply wakes you up at the appointed time.

Features are great, software quality s tragic
Garmin Sleep Monitor a nice monitoring tool, but I had to un-pair and pair it again for the 4 the time !!! As your updates always break it up. Watch is stable, so why not the monitor ? ! ?

It is a niceity to have. However, I have had several times where the device shows on my body battery stress levels but fails to give a sleep score in the morning which is somewhat important.

This is the third time I have had to 'forget' my device to try to get it to sync. When it works, it's great. When it doesn't it is super frustrating. Won't sync or gives me crazy off data... that doesn't make sense. I can understand if it is loose on my arm and the numbers get off numbers - but that's not the case.
